Literature Text
If I go to church every Sunday,
pray the longest
and worship loudest
but have not love
how can it please God?
If I spend my days serving,
giving to the poor,
and feeding orphans
but have not love
what do they get from it?
If I preach the word of God,
evangelise to strangers
and teach the faith
but have not love
why should they believe?
What is speaking in tongues
and walking through fires
if in the end
they don't see Christ,
if in the end
they see only rules,
a cold institution,
religion?
Faith, it healed us
Hope, it bears us
Love is the centre
but WHERE have we put it?
pray the longest
and worship loudest
but have not love
how can it please God?
If I spend my days serving,

Tolerant Love
I am a Christian
And I love what our God loves
And hate what our God Hates
Now, I look in the news and such, and I see people who call themselves "Christians" walk with signs of hate. This makes me mad that they went like that and they claim to do God's deal. And sadden that it's situations like that gives God a SERIOUS BAD name. I will tell you what God loves and hate.
God hates murders, but he doesn't condemn the murderers.
God hates homosexual behavior, but doesn't think ill of the gays.
God hates rapes, but does not hate the rapers.
God hates abortions, but watches over the doctors who do them.

God's Blessings
Despite all the bad in this world,
The death, the sicknesses, the wars,
Amid all the sorrow and pain,
There is much to be thankful for
God has given many blessings
How many has He given you?
I know I have many blessings
And just to name only a few
A family that cares for me
A snug roof that covers my head
Food to eat, and clothes for my back,
Along with a warm, cozy bed
Good friends, who are loving and true,
Just like a second family
A proud and noble country
Where I know I will always be free
But the greatest blessing of all
Is one that's neither bought nor sold
It's more precious than anything
Far better than silver

Jesus Christ, my Savior
Lovely rain, lovely rain
Falls on your face
Lovely face, lonely face was wet
Before the rain,
This rain will wash away your tears, your fears,
At last, for first you will be free! All your nightmares will disappear!
All your doubts are crashed and gone!
Your Faith has found the New Door,
Which name Is Jesus!
Hallelujah~ Hallelujah~ Hallelujah~
He is our Savior, Hope, Faith and Love!
Lord, Your words are light to my feet,
And I'll walk in that light, in the land of the Living!
Hallelujah~ Hallelujah~ Hallelujah~ Hallelujah~
I am New Creation in Jesus Christ! Amen!

"If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing." - 1 Corinthians 13:1-3
I really seriously think that love is very often missing.
How often do we talk about homosexuality being wrong, talk about abortion being nasty, and (in Switzerland) whine about minarets etc? How often do we actually go out and live among such people (as JESUS did!!!!) and get to know them and love them?
I don't believe mission is about going on a quick evangelisation and talking to random passers-by on the street with a gang of others before returning back to "normal life". I believe that mission means going out to non-Christians and living among them (instead of just sticking to Christian friends), getting to know them and love them because THAT is what Jesus did and THAT is where they will see and be able to realise that Jesus loves them.
I know loads of non-Christians, and the problems most of them have is with unloving, unChristian Christians. And I'm certain God has a problem with that as well.
